Privacy in CLaiR
Simple explanation: when history is enabled, conversations and report drafts are associated with your account so they remain available across devices. The product does not include an area for the team to browse that history.
1) Chat confidentiality
- CLaiR conversations and report drafts are associated with your account when history is enabled, so they can remain available across devices.
- CLaiR does not include a product area where the team can browse your conversation or draft history.
- We cannot see what you write in chat or enter your account.
2) Data that may be processed
- Account and authentication data, such as email and session information.
- Operational data required for the platform modules to work.
- Public website analytics in aggregated form, including page views, broad source/referrer category, campaign slugs, device type, country/region, engagement counters, and controlled commercial-interest slugs for CLaiR modules.
- In Consulta, clinical data, audio, and transcription may be processed.
3) Website analytics
- CLaiR uses first-party analytics to understand visits, new/returning visitors, campaign sources, and which modules may be commercially relevant.
- Analytics stores aggregated counters and salted visitor/session hashes. Raw IPs, full user agents, full referrer URLs, query strings, clinical text, audio, report content, emails, and account identities are not stored in these website analytics counters.
- Commercial interest is measured only through controlled labels such as CLaiR LIVE, CLaiR em Lote, contact, checkout, or product-section clicks.
4) GDPR rights
