These terms explain the main conditions for using CLaiR, including clinical chat, dictation, batch transcription, templates, linked tools, and payments.
1) Clinical use and responsibility
- CLaiR is a support tool for writing, transcription, structuring, and review of imaging reports.
- The user is always responsible for reviewing, validating, and finalizing any report before clinical use.
- CLaiR does not replace medical assessment, clinical decision-making, official hospital systems, PACS/RIS, or validation by a qualified professional.
2) Account, access, and payments
- Access may require registration, verified email, an active plan, available credits, or specific clinic permissions.
- Plans, credits, limits, and features may vary according to the account type shown in the product.
- Payments and billing management may be processed by external payment providers when applicable.
3) Data, audio, and retention
- Direct patient identifiers should be avoided whenever they are not required for the clinical purpose.
- In Clinic Batch, audio files are processed to produce reports and may be deleted automatically after the defined operational period. Generated reports remain available in history while retained by the account and applicable quota.
